Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchase using our secure online transaction system.

We currently use the Paypal service to accept credit cards online, if you have any problems using this system please contact us for assistance.

You can also pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, if you wish to pay by either of these methods please contact us.

Postage and Delivery

We will do our best to dispatch your order the same day we receive it, if any items are not in stock we will advise you of how long we expect it to take.

All items will be send first class using Royal Mail.

Postage and packing rates will be calculated when you order. Rates are calculated by weight.

We will email you to let you know once your order has been despatched.

Cancellation and Returns

If you find any products to be faulty get in touch and we will replace it. CDs and DVDs will NOT be refunded if they have been opened they will be replaced. Other products will be refunded or replaced at customers request.
