By purchasing and downloading files from OnLineOut.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Files are for personal use only and may not be distributed in any form without prior consent.
• You may copy the files for reasonable purposes (to make a backup, copy to an mp3 player or CD) but not for any distribution purposes.
• You may not sell or pass on the files to a third party in any way.

In English...

Please don't distribute the mp3 albums to your friends or burn them onto CD and sell them/give them away. The majority of bands and labels that work with OnLineOut are small independents trying to make a living and bringing you great new and interesting music. It really does make a difference to us if you buy your own copy and the money really does go towards the cost of the next release. We work really hard to keep our prices low so that you can afford to buy the shiny things we have to sell and it would be great to keep it that way. Thanks - Bob.
